It all starts before the heat sets in.
Picked from the first morning of the 2025 harvest, this wine is born from a deliberate choice: to pick the grapes a little earlier, a little less ripe, to preserve their natural freshness and tension.
Light robe, lively nose
Vinified at low temperatures to retain primary aromas, with minimal pump-overs to limit tannin extraction. A light color, a lively nose of crisp red fruit. A cuvée that is both demanding and approachable, conceived as a wine to be enjoyed from 2026 onwards.
Winemaking using sustainable agriculture practices, property certified HVE since 2021.
